Back in 2005 they screwed me out of a house deal when Charles Street. They never presented my offer to the seller and sold it to a friend of theirs. They've been playing the same game for years.

Listing agent told us that house was pending sale and offers wouldn't be accepted. Spoke to the owners of the property who said that there were no pending sales and that they only had 1 offer. My agent had to deal straight with the owner because the loys agent never gave the owner our first 2 offers. The listing agent from loys literally did nothing throughout the whole process, just my agent and the owners. Would never do any buissiness with loys

Absolutely horrible. Unprofessional; refused to present our offer to the seller as we did not use them as the realtor. Beware people ; small town business are not all they are cracked up to be. Not complying to the code of ethics ; which is NATIONAL; no business card; no exclusive right to buy; no knowledge of the home .. only stated it was dirty ? Which it was ; in no way ready to show. Looking at this as a blessing ; unethical business practices, Buyer seller beware
