      image Providing identification when both walking in and driving up is ridiculous when it is a deposit. After a year you would think they would look at the account FIRST!

      image Nice staff at this location, but chase does like to screw it's customers with high exchange rates. You would think they'd give you a decent rate being a large bank. It was $50+ more than the rate online. Unfortunately, I needed it quick so I couldn't wait to get a fair rate, so I'm just gonna whine about it on here.
