The repair person did a good job on the problem with my drain that I had. My issue is that the company is adding on a "hidden" charge of $40 per invoice for a truck charge that includes a $10 temporary fuel charge. I say it's hidden because it was NOT disclosed at the time the service call was booked. If I'm in the service area, not outside of regular business hours and have not had any extra services needed, why exactly am I being charged an additional $40? I'm NOT ok with this and would not recommend this service to anyone unless you get all fees up front.
