I will get in touch with you. I encourage you to try our wash again, customers tell us all the time how much they like the water pressure and how it is better pressure than other washes. Having said that, we recently had to replace a solenoid and hydraulic hose that had gone bad and was causing lower pressure and missed wash cycles (for instance on some washes, it was not running the high pressure rinse). I would bet that this was the issue when you went through and I sincerely apologize for that.Please give us a call and be sure to leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer.
