Been a customer for over five years however Josh let me down and in a big way. I'm still in the middle of trying to get this problem corrected but nothing so far. All started when I sold my house and got a fair quote on my new home insurance, I agreed and sign the papers and closing went smooth for the new house. A few months later I'm told I owe another $500 some dollars extra. Long story short it was a bait and switch and all of a sudden Farm Bureau needed more money. I had to cover the difference out of pocket only a few months of owning my new house. They did not want to correct the issue which they did say the incorrect amount was given and would not honor their mistake (I have emails of everything). I called Gieco and got the same amount Farm Bureau gave me first. However I'm trying to get a check back from Farm Bureau currently of the left over sum of car and home insurance but still haven't received my check. It's been since October 7th and I'm still waiting. Plus back in 2017 I had to wait a full year to get my check back for my accident. I should of learn my lesson back then. Josh if you want to fix this please send me my check so we can move forward. If not I will take further actions and move up the chain of command.
