image This is an emotional review for me. I have received several flower arrangements from Bud and Bloom over the last year. While my son has been in and out of the hospital this summer, we had many deliveries to our home. The Bud and Bloom delivery driver went above and beyond to move a heavy (to me) branch out of my driveway that was blocking my vehicle. Also, he helped hold my door open so that I could get the flowers into my house. He could tell I was stressed and was patient, kind, and very kind to me. He appeared to be college aged. I just haven't seen a lot of kids that age be courteous.
I had never been inside the flower shop before and decided to stop in sometime in early July to look around. The shop is beautiful! It is very peaceful and comforting, but also has a lot of gift items I wasn't aware that they sell. The flowers I've received from them are much prettier and better quality than other flowers I've received. I mentioned the driver to one of the workers who said it was Kelly's (new owner) son. They pointed her out and I was able to talk to her and convey my appreciation. After mentioning about my son being sick, she said she would keep us in her prayers. It brought me to tears that everyone in the store was so kind. She ended up quickly praying for me and my son before I left. It was just what my Momma heart needed. At a time where many people are quick to complain about people, experiences, or service, I never realized that I don't commend good people, experiences, or service as often as I should. My son is fully recovered, my life is back to normal, and I want to recognize a few of the people that made me feel like I mattered. Thank you to Kelly and her workers for an atmosphere of kindness and exceptional goods and services. I wish I could give more than 5 starts!

image I placed a delivery order to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday. The delivery never made it. After talking to Brennan the owner! He was determined to make it right without hesitation. Brennan was very apologetic and understanding. I appreciated him calling to talk and make the situation right and that he did. I appreciated him and his character told me he is a sincere person who was generally sorry. Thank you Bud n Bloom and Brennan for making things correct without hesitation. Thank you!

image I really wish I wasnt writing this review right now. Trust me I wish I had my flowers! I ordered a custom bouquet of blue and yellow roses as a graduation gift for a friend, several days in advance for pickup Saturday at noon, I was told this would not be a problem. Bud and bloom called me on Friday to confirm a few details about my order, and confirmed I would be by around noon to pick up the order. I showed up at 1, only to learn they closed at noon! You would think someone would have mentioned that the several times I talked to someone about my order, or at least given me a call Saturday morning before close. But no. Absolutely nothing. I show up to pick my flowers up and have no way to get ahold of anyone or even leave a message. Where am I supposed to get a custom bouquet of flowers with a single hour notice?? Shame on you bud and boom for not even giving me a call or telling me even one time that you closed at the time I said I would be picking up my flowers. Terrible business practice!

Erin, I'm so sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding. When Justin contacted us at 1:30 today we said that we would re-open the shop to let you get your order. Justin and I were messaging and then neither of you ever showed up. We reopened the shop and I've messaged four times and called you four times to try and see if you were going to make it back in or if we needed to try and deliver something, but you didn't respond. We are happy to accommodate getting you your order. Also, the associate who took your order mentioned to you that we closed at noon. We make every attempt to let people know our hours. They are listed on all search engines, posted on our front door, as well as on Social Media, and verbally by our staff. When you called yesterday and said you'd be in around noon we made note of this. We were at our shop until close to 12:30. Your order wasn't paid and you didn't arrive by noon. We immediately accommodated Justin's request to re-open and someone was there for almost an hour. There are several ways to communicate with us and we've made an extra effort to get you your order. If we can't get ahold of you I'm not sure how we can help.
