      image I do not recommend aspen dental. Horrible customer service. Got a bill over a year ago. Tried to pay the bill that was one amount then got a bill w late fees. Not my fault. Been trying to pay the bill they would hang up on me. So I paid twice the amount. Screw that scamming company

      image Everyone here is so nice. I have always had anxiety going to the dentist but everyone here made me feel comfortable. They gave me all the information and let me make the decision on what I was to have done. They answered every question I had no matter how many times I asked. I would recommend them to everyone.

      image They bait and switch you, on price The price at Michigan City may be different than the price at Valparaiso for the exact same treatments. The last time my wife came in for an appointment they did not send a bill for over a year. They said they had accounting issues and within a week they had late charges added to the bill taking it from $250-$350. Every time we called the customer service and tried to talk to them about this. They would transfer us to another state or hang up on us.
