The front desk staff are nice and quick. The wait time in the lobby was typical like a doctor's office. The Intake Nurse was straight forward and just wanted her questions answered. No explanations and a simple yes or no will do or she gets agitated. The doctor was nice, but very quick. No back story of your health needed there either. Overall, I felt like I was wasting their time.

Been here twice in the last month 1st time my daughter just "had a cold"; 3 weeks later go back because she was worse. They decided Bronchitis and put my child on a steroid and a couple days later she was even worse. Got her into her regular pediatricians office this past Tuesday and they said Pneumonia!

Well, called as soon as they opened at 8 , and was left in a hold for almost 20 minutes and no one ever got back with me . Very sad and disappointing . I see why this place is rated poorly

2hour wait for a express??!! Not to mention there is no privacy in this place !

If you want warm and kind service, don't go here. Especially the check in clerk. She should try a new profession. Talking to customers isn't her expertise. I will avoid this place in the future.
