Horrible service since one the cleaners did not clean my room properly and there was clothes from the previous person staying in the room! Second was told the manager will call me back and she never has! I will not be back to this hotel ever again and its pretty sad because my son at least enjoyed the swimming pool and for my son to find the clothes the next day under the curtain was so traumatic and I just felt like if those clothes was in there did they even clean the beds that was in the room and thats not the service your looking for when you go to a hotel! So be careful coming here! Make sure to look under them curtains!!!!!! Disgusting
Rooms: Check the rooms and under the curtain they dont clean in properly!!
Safety: Room was definitely not sanitized nor cleaned for someone to sleep in that room!

The staff were kind and helpful but I did not like the overall experience. The hotel is clearly short-staffed. The first night when I checked in I found out that the refrigerator was not working and I was carrying food with me. It was late at night so there was no repair staff available. The front desk staff was kind enough to let me store my food in the kitchen refrigerator. Fortunately the refrigerator was fixed the next day. I found the hotel quite dirty. I stayed there for 5 nights and house keeping was not done even once. I spotted some food spills in the corridor on day 2 and it got cleaned only on day 4. I did not get coffee or hot water in the morning/evening on 3 days. I found some herbal tea options on day 1 and never saw them again from day 2. Even on requesting they were not replenished. Overall, quite dissatisfied with the experience.
