Check your billing statements very closely, because each month they come back with hundreds of dollar increases. They also will tell you Medicare will not pay or supplemental plans will not pay which is false.

Super disappointed to hear how much they charge people compared to other ambulance services. They won’t contract with insurance companies because then they can charge anything they want. I didn’t have a choice in what ambulance was called for my daughter to be transported from one hospital to another. My insurance paid $2000 to them due to them saying that is the going rate for an ambulance service and then seals charged me an additional $1266! They first told me they would allow me to only pay 50% of the bill but then the next day told me no, that my insurance says because the ambulance service is out of network I had to pay a $600 deductible so they could only discount the remaining amount. Feels like robbery for them to charge $1266 over the going rate.

After the insurance paid they turned around and is charging us for the same amount the insurance companies are in-network and they are not the insurance agent stated what they are doing is illegal but still using there services duh I will see you in court peeps you can't collect twice I even reported you to the BBB and the Attorney General you can't charge ppl twice

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE WITH YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS. I was just backed down a one-way street by a Seals Ambulance in Bedford, IN. They illegally drove down a one-way street and backed me (driving legally on the one-way street) into oncoming traffic on Highway 50. They were not on an emergency run - I had seen the ambulance turn onto G Street just a few moments before, no sirens blaring. They did not wait for me to start backing down the road - they came at me, honking the siren like a car horn, and backed me into oncoming traffic. Clearly no regard for human safety or obeying the laws of the road. (I only selected the one star because I couldn't post this without selecting one.)
