They stole money and nobody answered nobody respond . My concert was canceled and never I get my money back .

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. Concert rescheduled and ask for refund. They credit the wrong amount to a wrong account and now its going on 2 months of battling with promoter and ticketmaster to get my money refund. No live person all emails. COMETE JOKE.

Show is canceled. Automated email from Ticketmaster informs me of cancelation, but that refund will be automatic and I don't need to do anything. Over a month later, I contact to follow up, and am informed I never requested a refund. I'll be following up with a fraud report with my bank.
