I went here to get my taxes done. Before I made the appointment I made sure they were able to handle my tax concerns. I was told yes. When I sat with the tax person she did not have the answers so she was going to call her software person and call me back. I had to call back 2 times before I was told my taxes for my husband and I were already accepted by the IRS. Thats it not guidance from there but to call the IRS. We spend maybe 30 minutes in her office while she separated our tax papers. After I did my own research I found that I needed to send an affidavit and I could request a copy of the taxes sent to the IRS. I was also instructed (not by K&K) to send my taxes in my paper. I asked K&K if they would do that and without hesitation they said no. When I wanted to pick up my paperwork they said it would be $100.00. FOR WHAT!!! After I ask for itemization of what Im being billed for they took the price down to $50.00. I paid them $50.00 to separate paperwork and make 1 call. I will NOT be back. I guess they are only good for simple taxes.
I need to add that we went somewhere else and our federal taxes were accepted electronically.

Kathy is extremely efficient and always does an amazing job. K&K is also very affordable. Do not hesitate to give them a call you won't regret it.
