This company (CC) is a nothing more than a money hungry slumlord. Life is hard, people fall on hard times, a little bit of grace goes a long way. If you are so determined to evict people, show up to court hearings, should you have multiple hearings send a second rep to hearing, dont belittle the tenant, abide by Federal BK laws when tenant is in an open BK. Don't verbally threaten tenants and bring other friends of tenant into it. You charge excessive late fees in an economy that nobody could keep up with. Also you placed a disabled occupant and dog off property when the ride was right around the corner on day they are vacating premises, by the way totally violating ADA guidelines. You show up 3 cars deep, again to intimidate and threaten.Side note - you are not only ones who can document damages. Tenants make punch lists and pics moving in with requests for repairs that not once did you CC attempt to fix - bugs, nonfunctioning appliances, water, sewage issues (which surrounding neighbors were aware and complained about to CC, your job to fix but did not). You store your old campers, trucks on property, said you would remove and did not. Backyard 3 ft deep in brush, fallen trees. etc that the tenant was witnessed cleaning up and has pics.Shawn Lessor and Associates should be ashamed of running a business like this and taking advantage of struggling people trying to start over. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Been renting thru them for about 6 months and it's perfect. Rent is a little high for the house size, but they sure came in handy when we needed a home. The office staff is friendly and helpful. No, the house isn't brand new, but the two times we needed maintenance they were right over. Pay your rent on time..as you should be anyway, and you won't have a problem.
