Rich Vandyke was very professional when he came to my house. As a first time home owner he did a quick walk through my basement and identified all plumbing lines and explained to my how well or unwell they were done when my house was renovated. Show me a handful of tips about some things that could cause future issues and how to handle them. Came out and repaired some water pipes and gave me back my full water pressure. Very friendly and I could tell he was working genuinely to earn my trust and not try to nickel and dime me for everything possible due to my lack of knowledge. I will certainly call Rich again with any future plumbing problems or installations. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet repair
