Found bug in bed. Brought it to front desk, was told they could not move me, could refund and send me on my way. Next day offered Best Western points and never got them. Stay away.

They scamming using people card be careful getting cash back using your cash the GM is never there Im a platinum member my husband has gold two different accounts obviously my husband had an issue with a reservation they told him everything was ok fast forward my husband had a balance on his credit card in order for me to stay I had to pay his debt not cool so if I use my moms car and get a ticket is it my moms or my responsibility to pay the ticketI believe her name is Bridgette Im going to make them famous Im going live soon they got my card for 300 bucks ,
