On three different occasions we arrived home to discover the job wasnt finished. One time nothing has been dusted. A couple times the finished basement wasnt cleaned at all, another time the bathroom mirror had spots and streaks all over it. The last time was the worst. We came home to carpets that were not vacuumed, floors that were not mopped, toilets that werent cleaned, the basement wasnt cleaned, and a kitchen sink with more dishes in it than we left. Dusting and tidying up was done, but that seemed to be about all. My husband contacted the company, and they offered to return an additional day to finish the cleaning. We decided that since this has happened repeatedly, we would like a refund and would like to discontinue services. Service: Standard cleaning

I scheduled with DeluxeMaid for a standadard cleaning of my home. My cleaner did an excellent job, giving special attention to a couple of areas I requested and doing some carpet cleaning that was superior to a "professional" cleaning I had a few months earlier. I interacted with their office several times by text between requesting a quote and the day of the service. They are amazingly responsive. I will use their services again and am considering scheduling regular monthly cleaning. Services: Standard cleaning, General carpet cleaning, General housekeeping
