Absolutely outstanding customer service! I had another florist close early and I couldnt get my order, Reeds was able to accommodate my custom order with an hour notice, AND was even $15 cheaper than the other florist!! This place has earned my business for life!!

We ordered the Glorious Life arrangement for a family member's funeral.  The description is clear on the website of what it should have in it.  Instead, the spray had a few lilies and lots of red carnations.  Red wasn't to be the theme of the arrangement!  There were no yellow roses or peach flowers.  We were very disappointed and the arrangement was definitely not worth $257.  We should have been contacted if substitutions were being made.  I will not use this florist again and do not recommend anyone else using them.
