First, they have good ratings because they give gift cards to people that give a review. Dr Princell's office quoted me a price that I paid in full, then sent me a bill for $600+. When I called to talk to the front office she stated the statute of limitations had not expired on that tooth's crown. I knew exactly when another office put the crown on, but know one asked me. Then I asked what could be done to alleviate this from reoccurring and she told me to request a pre check with insurance...how do customers know to ask for this? They sent my bill to collections without even calling me (they sent a few mailings), but when I have an appointment they call 3-4 times to ensure I will be there. I ended paying $825. I called the office back, five minutes later, and no one answered...figures.

I was contemplating switching to this Dentist. But already having dental fear and anxiety, then reading these reviews, there's no way I would go here. Sounds like a very unpleasant office and staff. Even their replies are unprofessional. As a business owner myself I know that you should never confront a reviewer online, you should always ask to speak to the person privately to address their issues. Extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Princell and his staff are awesome. They do such great work. I am very happy this is my dental home. I highly recommend Dr. Princell for all of your dental needs.

Be warned. Do not go to this doctor or this office. They keep poor records and have constantly double charged or attempted to double charge me and my significant other. Even after spending nearly $25,000 dollars in dental work. They would not even wave a 150 warranty fee that I paid for, yet they had no record of. I had a bad feeling about this office and doctor from the start. Dr. Princell is not a man of character but only in it for the money. He has had two full staff turnovers in the time period of about a year while going to this "dentist".

The most uncaring doctor and staff I have ever dealt with. I sent a family member into see him because he had bad dental problems. Princell did all the check overs and xrays etc.. and come up with this big amount of money to pay even when we had great dental insurance and he himself directly refused to except payment arrangements on the balance and my family member could not get his teeth fixed that make him sick from the rottening away...than just yesterday in the mail we get a letter offering us a payment arrangement when he clearly refused anything like that in his office. We have been sending him 10 to 20 a month. It's to late now for a payment arrangement. The relative no longer has a job and his teeth are still rottening out of his mouth. Dirty Dental practices like this office makes me sick to my stomach...BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE AND THIS DENTIST. He refuses to help anyone that needs it unless you are prepared to over pay him. Does the care of a patient come before money. ?? No not in this case. EVER. I would have been happy if he would have sent my family member to clinic that would have helped him instead of overcharging him. And wait for this one....with the numbness and the cotton still in this man's mouth his collection staff tried to up the price and obviously it wasn't an appropriate time to do so. ..How bad can a dental office become?? Just stay away from this man and his office staff
