Great hygienist, dentist & X-ray tech, Alicia was extremely helpful about ASPEN, but led me to believe my insurance wouldnt be accepted anywhere for teeth bonding/crown. I left feeling extremely discouraged about my situation also thinking my procedures were extremely expensive. All in all good if you want to use your credit or you have a substantial amount of money. My insurance has been accepted by a different facility, do your research before & after. Thanks for the free consultation & X Rays!!!!

Dr. Gill and Miss. Cassie are fantastic, extremely professional, and efficient. I have had a long phobia of dental work and getting a tooth pulled sounds terrifying but they made the process completely painless and made sure I was comfortable and ensured I was not feeling any kind of pain. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work of any kind from general dental work to extractions/fillings. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and superior performance!

Every single person with whom I came into contact was kind, calm, and helpful. The atmosphere was upbeat and positive. All of the processes - X-rays, consultation, financial discussions, and cleaning were professional and thorough. Am looking forward to going back and getting my teeth fixed!

Staff is kind and informative. The facility itself isnt the prettiest thing, but thats not really all that important. Dont let that deter you. Theyre up to date technology-wise, and Ive been satisfied with the dental services they provide. Overall, decent place to go for a reasonable price.
Update: went here for a little over 2 years. Little did I know, they were no longer in my insurance network for the second year. I paid a lot more than I shouldve, and they never thought to inform me they were not in my network anymore. They acted like they didnt understand why my insurance wasnt covering certain things (preventative stuff) and chalked it up to weird insurance rules as if it would have been the same at any dental office. Disappointed to say the least. One of the offices I called in my search for a new dentist immediately advised me to make sure they were within my network. Such a nice, simple thing to do. Would have been greatly appreciated if Aspen Dental had provided the same courtesy. Lesson learned.
