So far everything has been nice. I can say that they are very nice and they seem to really care about there patients. They talked through the process and the staff let me know what they where doing. The staff made me feel really comfortable.

I have used Aspen for several years. But, will not anymore. I visited the office back in Oct, for a checkup, because it had been a couple years since going. They did xrays & checked my teeth, all good, but scheduled two appointments, for cleanings. First appointments in Nov, they canceled, because dental broken. So second appointment was for this Mon. 04/06, canceled today, because tech is only on Fridays. First appointment May 27th, to long to wait. Looking for dental office, lost this client.

The staff is friendly and the office is clean. However, I only gave 4 stars due to any services provided, you have to pay half the cost of the dental service prior to your appointment day and the balance the day of your appointment. I thought that was unusual. Most dental practices have you pay the day of the appointment after services rendered.
