I would not recommend working for this company. They helped me find a position approximately three years ago. It was a salary position. I have since left that company for a different position. I recently ran into the owner of the job I left and had a chance to catch up with him. Through our discussion I discovered that what he told Alliance to offer me in pay was not what I was being paid, by a loss of $5000 annually. They were billing him an additional $5000 on top of their fees and pocketing the extra $5000 somewhere. Basically my old boss say pay him 55K but I was offered 50K and they billed him off a salary of 55K. Where did that extra 5K go?
