Pretty good experience with the newly remodeled Penn Cleaners! Brought in a few white shirts (mostly blouses, blazers) and a coat for dry cleaning. Reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time - likely our go-to dry cleaner now!

Unfortunately Penn Sixty Minute Cleaners ruined 2 of my dress shirts and was unwilling to fix the mistake. I will never take my clothes here again and I would urge anyone to think twice before taking your nice clothes to this establishment.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Poor customer service. Incompetent workers. Very rude older gentleman. They ruined a pair of pants I only had for a couple of months. My WHITE pants were burned and had 2 holes that they claimed wasnt their fault . I wasnt reimbursed at all. Will never again use their services. Terrible experience
