I scheduled a appointment for Tuesday, it was raining so the "office lady" called and asked if I had a place to put the car inside, I explained it would be the next day before i could get it inside. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday no call no show, when i called back to inquire why there had been no windshield installed she informed me she assumed it had been taken care of. On to the next week Monday they show up like nothing happened, no apologie, no answer, same high price, the technicians do good work but the owner and office personnel are about as poor as you can get. Extremely unprofessional, never again.

Thank you for all the hard work in fixing my window. They were at my car within 20 mins of calling. Cleaned up the broken glass. And installed my window simple quick and efficiently the men were absolutely wonderful with customer service & I highly recommend them for you auto glass needs ! Thank you. Thank you for the quick, professional service. Our window was broken by wanna be thieves while we were passing through Indianapolis. These guys got us back on the road in a few hours .
