I had been paying on a debt for a while, when I was temporarily laid off work, they wouldn't work with me on the payments even though I had already paid over half the amount I owed. Went strait to saying they would garnish my wages like I didn't just say I was temporarily laid off work. They were totally rude about it.

They are actually debt collectors, surprisingly very easy to work with, if all debt collectors were this friendly and nice

This firm sent a summons to me about someone i have not met and do not know. Assuming they work for me and i have never saw or heard of this person. The notice was asking me to appear at Howard county court 80 or so miles from me. The persons ssn rite on front of enclosed documents. Relating my address to a business name i am not familiar with. So i say to them please get your info correct before crashing into other peoples lives in accusing as-sumptuous ways. Thank you.

I filed for bankruptcy on June 30th after receiving a garnishment from a vehicle. I submitted my bankruptcy request through my attorney and the courts inadvertently mailed my checks to the creditors attorney, Bleecker, Brody, and Andrews. Ive spoken with two representatives on the status of my refunds as they should have been received weeks ago. I spoke with an agent by the name Bill Scott who provided conflicting information to which I questioned and he began to get extremely aggressive. When I questioned his knowledge on my case, he claimed he didnt know the process so then I requested to speak with a supervisor. He claimed there were no supervisors available but when I became adamant to speak with one, he then just placed me back on hold into the call queue. Very sketchy business if youre on the offensive end. Document every communication with these people.
