The process was easy and they communicate onlike other communities if only there was availability for December I wouldve loved my new home at TGM Avalon lake., if your looking for a decent place this is the community you should apply. Currently rent here, the price is right but like anything else you get what you pay for and apparently that applies to service as well. Problem with this community however is management, crime, and poorly cared for units. My second floor is unstable and lumpy...the office believes that it isn't a problem and took over a month to address and still didn't do it properly. The property manager's response to my complaint was "well we aren't going to build another second floor so if it isn't simple I don't know what to do". I went as far as to ask for other resolves...never once did the PM offer another unit, concessions, or plans to address if the matter wasn't fixable. She simple expected me to continue to pay rent for a unit that violates tenant rights. Maintenance request are addressed by complexity...if it is complex it will be pushed...you'll ask for items to be fixed multiple times so be prepared and have documentation...Oh and never submit a request in the office, it'll never make it to the system. They cut the water off with hours notice to make repairs at least twice a quarter. I've had two vehicles broken into...one stolen. Not a peep from the office! Worse managed apartments I've ever leased. Re: The Reply This is in regards to the Reply below- The mere fact that TGM's response is "contact our leasing office" when you obviously have my contact information on your Rent Roll speaks volumes!!

TGM has been a wonderful place to call home. The maintenance team is very punctual and friendly, and the location is around 10 minutes to most places in Indianapolis (easy access to I-69 and 465). Overall the apartments are affordable and safe, and I would recommend living here!

I wanted to write a review of this place because I just wanted to say how great of an Apartment Complex it is. I lived here for six months and they were always attentive to what I needed. The interior of the apartment was Good when I received it and the Neighbors are great depending on where you live on the property. The leasing office was always on time with the demands or complaints that you ask them. The only thing I would say I wish they would expand or they should have is assigned parking. Overall I would recommend moving here.
