This place is trash. All of the manager responses on here are fake and only to look positive. They are no help and there is always something wrong. Currently no heat, again, for the 3rd time this season already! Its not even Christmas. I currently cant even use my own toilet because the lines are frozen and havent heard from management in over 24hrs since Ive tried contacting THREE different people. Ridiculous. Edit. Its now been over 48hrs crazy

The water leaks, many things don't work, no hot water many days in a row.... And if your 5 minutes late on rent you pay Xtra!

This is a great location for apartments that are ruined by the managements rude, non-responsive attitudes. In the one year that I lived in Brockton Village I had numerous maintenance issues starting with my AC not working, refrigerator breaking twice, mold growing in the bathroom, and carpet that was riddled with stains which they refused to replace it before I moved in. Things break and I understand that, but it was the fact that I was treated like I was stupid when I said something wasn't working was so frustrating. This cost me a fridge full of food not once but twice. My personal favorite was the dead bird that they let sit in the laundry room for over 24 hours after they were notified. They do not communicate well at all and if you have a work order in, they will not contact you prior to them coming in or after to let you know anything, even if you have an animal. One time I came home, and they had even left my door unlocked after I had first moved in. The laundry areas that you share with multiple buildings are gross and I don't think are ever cleaned as evidence by the thick layer of dirt and dust, wasp's nests, roaches and other bugs present. It is unfortunate that the management is doing such a disservice to these apartments because the community and location are amazing.

1/12/21, 3/5*: Since my last review, things have gone a bit downhill due to the pandemic. There has been some major turnover in the office and maintenance staff, which has made the service decline over the last year. Maintenance is now acceptable, but I had major A/C issues last summer. Obviously not a big deal now, but when needed, weve had both A/C units stop working completely. It took multiple (far too many) phone calls and requests to get them fixed, and it seemed like the office needed approval just to get a new wall unit. Overall, it was not a great experience - this was due to the Maintenance staff being contracted out for approx. 3-6 months when the pandemic hit. The regular staff I mentioned in my earlier review was no longer here, so no one really knew the ins & outs of the complex. In addition, the regulations on the gym/pool have been difficult to overcome. The gym is now only open during a normal work day (10am-4pm), and limited use is encouraged. I have found some success with a 12 noon workout, but it has been difficult to use it as I used to before 2020. I understand the necessary precautions, especially in such an enclosed area, but I also recognize that many people arent using the gym now, so we should extend the hours so that people can exercise before/after work during the colder months. Overall, the experiences above paired with little things here and there (a contract issue) have brought me to lowering my rating vs nearly 2 years ago. The contract issue is a matter of loyalty and transparency; even with 6 months of move-out notice and 3 years of loyal tenancy, we were still not granted a continuation on our current lease, increasing our monthly payment by approx. $120 for the next 6 months until we move to a different state. The experience at Brockton was great until the last year, and I sincerely hope that the staff takes these issues into account (which has been brought to their attention in the past). 2/26/19, 5/5*: Brockton has been a great place to live over the last year. Maintenance is quick and painless, location is great, and the gym/pool area are very nice. The staff have made everything incredibly easy, and it has been an overall great experience. Love it!
