Maintenance is fantastic. If something is broke and you call it in, they are there within a day or two to fix it. Can't ask for a better place to live.

Up until a few years ago this was a great, affordable place to live but that dramatically changed after they paid off their government loan and no longer fall under government restrictions. Everything about this place has changed... EVERYTHING! Unlike the board of directors from the past, this newer board of directors are a total joke and obviously do not care about anything other than saving a buck. One current board member has even been voted out a few times and is still on the board. They talk a lot about making all of these wonderful improvements and either make cheap, low quality updates or only after adding updates to board members units decide to not update the rest of the units. The leasing office consists of one person and the posted office hours are not accurate because she sets her own hours and takes off so much time that you practically have to make an appointment to speak with her. Maintenance actually consists of three guys but one of them only does routine maintenance (changing furnace filters) so it's really only two maintenance guys. The lead maintenance guy really knows his stuff and he used to be prompt about fixing things particularly when he lived there. However, since he got a huge raise and moved elsewhere, his attitude has changed and he has lost his passion. Bottom line, go elsewhere, do not waste your time or money on this place!
