    Charming building with great updates. Michele was awesome with the entire process from the showing up to move in. Only small downside are there arent many outlets in the unit.

    Do. Not. Lease!!! Multiple tenants have mice issues. There are termites. They do a bandaid fix instead of actually calling pest control. There is a mouse infestation one the 1st, 3rd and top floor from what I know (ongoing from August to March now) Security issues of stolen mail, apartment break ins, and people asking for money ( that do not live there at 5:30 am) Cars are broken into. None of the windows are capable of locking through out all the apartments. Maintenance ruins your property to fix any issues. Energy bills are close to $200/280 per month for a studio. Depending on how bad your windows leak. ( most tenants windows whistle on windy days because they are so terrible) The elevator breaks down every 4 weeks for weeks at a time. You will always have dust because they have not cleaned out the vent system in decades. Allergy suffers beware!!! Laundry has been stolen from the communal laundry. They increase the charge for laundry mid lease from 1.50 to 1.75 per load. Tenants do not pick up dog droppings at all. So be prepared to always watch your step. Construction for the citizen energy project will not end until October 2018. Construction goes from 7:30 am to 6/630 pm Monday-Saturday. This place is not well managed at all. And they forwarded calls to a deceased member of their management team. And they are never available and also will never fix the gravel road. As you can see what it looks like when it rains. This is the only entrance for the next couple months. Meridian management and The owner of the building do not care about you as a tenant or their estate. They lack class and professionalism but are pros at lip service. Good luck if youre currently leasing or want to lease.
