I've been a resident here for almost 14 years. I've been having the same upstairs toilet problem for almost 8 years, Due to continously leaking so badly that you can see the large bubbles that formed and is still forming in my kitchen ceiling. At one point my kitchen ceiling fell which made me feel to buy my own toilet. The installation has taken 5 days so far inconveniencing me and is still not finished and I'm told that I can't use my toilet still. P.S. "Corporate can you please pull up my work orders history 🙏 We need help out here."

I’m Looking For A New Apartment Fast . I Love The Price And How Huge It Is Here They Help When They Want To Not When They Need To . The People Under Me Have Mice And They Come Up . I’ve Asked 6 Times Could They Come Fill The Holes In The Walls So They Cant Get Up. .never Did I Had To Do Them My Self I Asked Could Someone Come And Try And Get Them Out Or Something... never Did I Spent Over 89$ In Mice Traps If Yall Cant Help Its Time To Go ASAP

I lived there 3 years it was OK until my fiance was a victim of a home invasion its hard to get security to do their job and the drug activity is growing fast the office staff didn't have any compassion didn't offer to relocate me to another unit I moved out and then they tried to get over using their maintenance staff as professional painters who work for the apartment complex which no one on the staff is a licensed and bonded contractor they are crooks in my personal opinion and I would not recommend them to anyone else
