Arlington Terrace Apartments

Ashley is an amazing property manager! This is definitely one of the best places I've ever lived. Its typically kept very clean and quiet. Convenient parking spaces and the apartments are very nice!

I would give this place 5 stars if they weren't so outdated, BUT considering the price they have been a great spot for my son and I. Maintenance is AWESOME and the office manager is nice. The rent is very affordable and to find that in Irvington (or anywhere anymore) is pretty difficult. I moved in 2 years ago at $635/Mos for a 2 bed 1 bath with a washer/dryer hookup and I'm currently paying $650. I don't have any issues with my neighbors and haven't had any issues with my vehicle etc... You have to have a parking pass from 6pm-6am if you park in the lot, but there is parking on 12th street. I would recommend them to people that need affordable housing and a quiet community on the east side. Thank you, Arlington Terrace! :)

This is a few days before thanksgiving and I had been going through alot with someone who had been threating me and trying to be controlling if I don't do this or that I have to leave ,and if I don't like this or that leave.being very Disrespectful. I had gone to several.apt communities only to get the run around or trying to put me in something I didn't want.,but I realized no matter howhow much I wanted to be in my own space I didn't want to settle I went through all the apts until I found one with good reviews and I emailed the office .Ashley kares got back with me and I told her what was going on and she helped me by just being kind and going out of her way to let me know everything will be alright.thank you Ashley from the bottom of my heart and no matter what life you walk ,background you come from there are still good kind people and she don't know me ,but she helped .
