Great place to live, friendly and helpful staff from the maintenance to the office manger. Apartments are beautiful and its never an issue when needing something fixed or adjusted in on or around my apartment. So glad they welcomed me with open arms years ago and I wouldnt change a thing to this day!

0 STARS Worst apartment ever poor management very unprofessional move in sept 8th of 2021. Move out sept 8 2022 and I couldnt be more happy I have had several problems with these apartments first thing first they messed up my deposit so i was giving options to either pay 24 dollars month extra or pay a full deposit. Things were broken wen I moved in there mold in the bathroom drawer. There was a piece of my fence of my back patio broke wen move in. Also when I move in no walk through the town house wen I move out no walk through. Sept 14 got letter in mail stating I owe 1975.78 so I called up there nd they went back it got dropped 1500 so I ask for a payment plan I was trying to work with them as responsible person would do been waiting since 21st so I went up there today nd basically a payment doesnt exist with them they want u they amount not wht u can afford at moment no point of have a payment plan

I've lived in these apartments for the last year and have just renewed my lease today for another year. The reason for my 5-star review is 95% because of the office staff. From the time I first came last summer to speak with a leasing agent, I was instantly impressed with the warmth and personableness of the staff. They went above and beyond from the first time I came in to help me secure what I was looking for in an apartment. There is plenty to like about living here- I love that these apartments are quaintly tucked away in a wooded area in the city. The location is wonderfully accessible to the Castleton area and the highway for getting around super easily. But even with all those reasons, I more than likely would not be renewing if I hadn't had such a great response from office staff after some major drama with my neighbor. After being constantly harassed for months and verbally berated through my front door on several occasions, I sought help from the office. To be honest, I haven't had awesome landlords that showed any true care for my living experience and have usually been indifferent when I've reached out for assistance with even basic things. So I wasn't expecting a whole lot. But their response made me feel extremely valued and cared for as a resident. They immediately addressed the harassment and even offered to let me move to a different unit if the problem persisted or if I would feel more comfortable. I still don't necessarily love the vibe I get from my neighbors and several others that live around me, but they have left me alone ever since and I can reasonably coexist with anyone so long as they leave me alone and let me live my life. That experience gave me confidence that the management genuinely has my back when I need them and will take it seriously if I'm having a problem. And more than that, there is a continual standard I have noticed that they aren't willing to let the complex degrade into a rundown place to live. And for that reason alone, I am choosing to stay here. You're always going to have people around you that are difficult, but the way management handles the issues is everything to me. So even with any complaints I could have, that aspect alone is enough for a 5-star rating!

Worst place I have ever lived! Dont let them fool you with the low prices. Jenny the manager lacks all kinds of professionalism. The people who work in the office are constantly leaving and you cannot get consistent communication from anyone. The washer/dryer room continues to be so dirty and they have raised the prices two times. The apartments are super old and smell. When I moved out I was charged for carpet even though the carpet looked awful when I moved in. I lived in two different units over three years and had mold in both units. When I expressed concern for the mold, once again no communication was given until I went above the managers head and called corporate. The lack of understanding or communication for the management here is sad. Please Spend a tiny bit more and get a better place! * I attached pictures of the mold*
