I moved out of this apartment complex 2nd week of July my lease stated they have 45 days to refund my deposit which was over $700. I’m still waiting to get my money back. I called & emailed them daily from September - October with no answer left tons of messages and finally spoke to property manager who issued another check she said I would have it in ten days and I still don’t. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! The whole time I was a tenant they never fixed my hot water heater I constantly had to manually flip it myself in order to actually have hot water in unit 4912. All my other request they never fixed either. If you move in you will never be able to speak to someone in the office they ignore all your calls & emails. The office is never actually open. Worse place I have ever lived. They are liars and never even sent my first deposit check. $700 is a lot of money they need to pay it back. Don’t move in unless you want your deposit stolen.
