We scheduled a tour with Anna for the same day we called her. We showed up and she treated us at the door. We was very fun, kind, and honestly relatable. I felt welcomed and comfortable with her. The place was so unique! A historical building that is now updated or partially updated depending on the unit. Parking is free and the community is gated and has a pool and gym. But my FAVORITE is the beautiful sun room that's shared by the community. Also, the patios are spacious. We put down a deposit for a two bedroom and I will keep you updated on our experience! I've lived here for almost a year and have enjoyed it so far. The location is amazing and I can walk to work in 8 minutes! The gated parking and free guest parking are also a plus.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for a year and a half now and definitely plan on resigning depending on our school and job situations for next year. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and quick to respond. It is located in a great location with a pool and gated parking included with our rent. Weve lived in luxury apartments prior to moving here and had to pay an extra $200+ for parking that wasnt even gated. As young adults, the best part is that it isnt a typical dorm style/student living apartment. Being an older building, there are definitely certain things that can be updated or renovated in our apartment but overall, our stay here has been the most satisfying while living downtown.
