The Grande Reserve at Geist

I lived in grande reserve @geist for about 3 years never had any problems until I moved, I moved in June 2021and I still have not received all of my refund it’s been 6 months now, I know Josh is tired of me calling him and I truley I don’t deserve being treated like this Josh has been so kind and I know he is trying but I just don’t get it. Managers if you reading this please put and Ending to this nightmare.

Josh is absolutely great. He is understanding and attentive to concerns. I have great neighbors, it’s safe and quiet. I live closer to the front and don’t hear the busy traffic at all. Nice common areas for my dog and it’s close to so many different things. I’ve enjoyed my time here.

Nice quiet apartments with a townhouse feel. My unit has an attached garage which is great for hot, cold and rainy weather. There are two dog runs.

I came here in September to look at available units, and I spoke with Sarah, the community manager, who is not only very professional and friendly, but she listened attentively to every word I said. I could tell she takes her job seriously and cares about everyone who walks in her door. She was very knowledgeable on all of the floorplans, gave me a virtual tour, and matched me up with a 3-bedroom unit that has been perfect for my two boys and me. I felt very comfortable speaking with her, applied for the unit just a couple hours later, and have not been disappointed with my decision to move here in October at all. Over the last few months, I have gotten to know the staff very well just from stopping in to say hi when I grab my mail at the office or in passing as I walk the community. Josh, the assistant community manager, is such an awesome guy and will brighten your day instantly. He is courteous, professional and very prompt with his responses. Josh and Grant, the maintenance duo, are fantastic guys, as well. I had a couple minor issues when I moved in, and they fixed them quickly and correctly the first time. Overall, I have been very happy living here and would highly recommend it to anyone!
