I moved here December 31 2022 after living at A62 for almost 13 years, I wished that I would have moved here two years earlier!! After living with Horrible management and maintenance for the last two years I am so grateful for the Wonderful Staff here at Chateau in the woods!! And its so peaceful here!! Thank you !!

I have lived here for a number of years now. Ive seen the hood bad and ugly in management staffing. I would like to say the management on staff right now is on point she is helpful and keeps me abreast of upcoming work that my apartment needed with water damage and a non working door bell of almost 5 months. I believe they hired the right woman now to handle residents business. Thanks for the great work youve been doing.

I really love living at Chateau In the Woods. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and do their best to resolve any issues that may come up. It's a smaller community which I also like, and pretty quiet. My apartment is very spacious and the grounds are well kept. I feel lucky to have found such a gem! Feels like home
