I love living here at Goodwin Plaza. This downtown location is centrally located in a National Historical District area called Ransom Place, near the Indianapolis Urban League and the esteemed Madam CJ Walker Legacy Center. The rich history associated with one of America's first self-made black female Millionaires. Her legacy as an entrepreneur, philanthropist, political and social activist blazed a trail of success for many to follow. I am so inspired by the written stories and the Movie, "Self Made" highlighting her many amazing accomplishments. Goodwin Plaza is peaceful, quiet and the residents are friendly. The Housekeeping staff keeps the place clean & fresh. The maintenance guys, care manager and the office team are very pleasant & helpful. The lawn, flowers & flowing fountain adds a nice outside view. I am always so happy to see we have several IMPD police security officer's that make daily rounds inside our building. I consider it a Blessing to be a part of this welcoming community surrounded by such distinction . I would highly recommend this as a pretty cool place to be. - SunShine Smiles \o/

Dirty, people found dead in apts. No good management. No activity for Older Adults, this is one of the worse building I've seen in a while. Board of Health needs to look into it.
