No one answers the phone and when it goes to message it is an automated message requesting you leave a message for the number you are calling, there is no company identification or greeting to identify if you have even reached the correct number. I clicked the phone e icon to dial the num er published directly, so I did not miss dial the wrong number. I would have phoned a number published on the website but there isn't one. I searched specifically for it, lots of options to chose on their "Contact Us" page, except quite possibly the most important one for Dirrect communication, NO PHONE NUMBER.
