      image I thought this was going to be a great bank. However you can't go to like any ATMs but the two in this whole entire Northwest indiana. They have two locations only and the one on 165th doesn't open till 11:00 a.m. for walking they keep switching the hours. I guess I'm going to have to look for another bank because if not convenient whatsoever.

      Hello, Denise. Our apologies for the late response. We thought we had replied earlier, but in reviewing things we didn't see that the response was saved. At any rate, we wanted to make sure you knew that TCU is a member of the CO-OP and AllianceOne Shared ATM networks. Because of this, our members can use ATMs at credit unions throughout the Hammond and Gary areas at no additional charge (as well as several other credit union branches). If you want to find the ATM(s) that are most convenient for you, please visit tcunet.com/locations and select Free or Reduced-fee ATMs in the locator map. We hope this helps!

We are in the process of launching a new Mobile and Online Banking experience for our members, which has generated higher call volume as we help members with the transition.
