This bank isn’t what it used to be. The trust I have built with the employees over the years has been hard to maintain since there’s always new tellers and managers to acquaint myself with and explain my banking relationship to. The main reason I brought some of my personal and business accounts here was because of the small family feel. Any good business owner knows that employee retention means customer retention. I have stopped recommending this bank to friends and colleagues. This bank no longer possesses the things that originally attracted me to it and I have decided it is time to cut ties. What a shame after banking here for 10 years.

This bank is the next block over from my home . I decided to buy a roll of quarters since they're so close by. The teller told me that I couldn't get quarters because I don't bank with them. That would have been the perfect opportunity for her to ask me to open an account. I've worked in banking many years and have never seen someone run a potential customer away. Now I understand why it was empty as usual.
