Verge is a very convenient and safe location. The only major issue we've had is that there's a noisy warehouse behind the complex and you might get woken up early from the sound of beeping trucks.*update* parking is a major issue and the only solution they have is either pay $100 for a garage or park on the street and risk your car getting hit in the middle of the night.

Do not live here. Cars were broken into around Christmas time but management never said anything to residents. Mail is very often misplaced. No salt is put down on sidewalks or the parking lot so the whole parking lot is just a sheet of ice. There are no key fobs or anything to get into the buildings and go up the elevator, the only security is the parking lot gate that has a 3 foot gap underneath it. Right inside of the apartment building there are no rugs or floor mats just a slick, glossy floor. Outlets in the apartment don’t work nor does the light on the balcony. Multiple maintenance people have quit and the work never gets done. This place is cheaply built and poorly managed, save your money and live elsewhere.

It has been a relief to finally find a place that is worth the price and goes above and beyond my expectations of a luxury apartment community. I have lived at brand new apartments before and they don't even begin to compare to Verge Luxury Flats. The apartments speak for themselves as they are beautiful and unique. This apartment community has beautiful interiors (being a "hotel style") and they clean the common hallways each weekend. I have never lived at a property who actually maintains the common areas (which is important, especially for longevity/quality). The elevators are life changing, the pool is stunning, they have *two* fitness centers, and trash valet-- the entire property matches what luxury style living should be! The staff is absolutely wonderful. The community manager, John, is always extremely kind, responsive, and has been constantly helpful from before and during the renting process, moving in and even after. Great communication is huge when renting an apartment which is a main reason for why I moved out of my previous "luxury" apartment. The maintenance supervisor, Rich, is just as kind and friendly. After living at so many apartments prior, I have nothing but praise for my interactions with the great and attentive staff who are willing to listen and help. It helps make apartment living feel welcoming and like home! I appreciate that they offer additional perks such as sometimes having food trucks around and a community newsletter. I've also noticed that the apartments are so quiet in regards to neighbors. I expect to hear normal sounds from neighbors (what comes with typical apartment living) but I can't hear any at all. It's been a pleasant surprise. I cannot recommend these apartments enough!

I just moved in and my experience with the office team and just moving in general has been so amazing! I love it here, I feel super safe & the location is perfect! Right next to everything! My apartment is super cozy & there is plenty of parking space! Michelle in the office is super amazing ! Overall 10/10! Love this place !
