Sales associate John at The mattress firm in Greenwood Indiana right off of State road 135 did a great job in explaining and demonstrating different ideas. He was very knowledgeable about the products and gave really great advice. We finally came to a grand decision to buy a mattress overall the same day. Thanks to John and helping us find exactly what we were asking for! Great service, highly recommended!

Mr. Jared McGee at Mattress Firm Greenwood West was super helpful in our purchase of a complete Purple Mattress bed set for my son. We told him what we were looking for and he made it happen. Mr. Jared also coordinated the shipping and delivery directly to our home. We didnt have any issues, and even the coordinated delivery was only a two hour window instead of all day like other vendors. We are happy with the service we received from Mattress Firm Greenwood West! 10/10, would buy from them again!

9 years on a 10 year warranty. They rejected our warranty says that we do not have a proper support system. Mattress Firm delivered and installed this mattress, did not point out improper support at the time of delivery. Warranty does not stipulate that it must have metal frame. They offer a 30% discount. This warranty is a scam in my opinion. Not honest business practice. The photo on left is there suggestions, the one on the right is my setup. I have 7 support legs there suggestions her 4 and 5
