Dude was stuffing his face with falafel throughout the entire encounter. Sauce dripping down his chin the man was extremely unprofessional. Seemed like he didnt want my business (probably bc Im wearing basketball shorts and a hoodie?)
The job seemed simple: one letter on a towel, four towels.
He complicated things saying he couldnt do it and it would cost too much money bc I asked for a 5-7 letter on a towel. Okay? So he sold me on a 2 letter then said a whole name would be better - sold me on that.
Then the man gets upset bc I want to add a first initial? Takes a phone call and walks away. Saying here, figure out what you want and Ill be back hahaha worst salesman ever. I will not go back. Waste of time.

I love this place! They are very nice, affordable and very quick. I dropped off a couple things to be embroidered and it was done within an hour. I highly recommend them for your stitching

Does good work on embroidery. Quick turn around if he isnt busy. Ive taken all my embroidery projects to him. Always will return. Decent pricing as well.
