Broken, dirty, unkept cardio equipment.
Cracked screens on cardio machines, the stair master closest to the wall has a stair that pops when you step on it. Cup holders are full of old water bottle caps just collect from never being cleaned up. Gross.

Absolutely do not sign up for this gym. I needed to cancel my membership and they will not let me at all. Its a scam and all they care about is taking peoples money. The manager keeps coming up with excuses to why he cant cancel MY membership and after reading reviews this is apparently what they are good at.

The worst gym ever!!! I was never told about 2 years contract!! I still have to pay them even if I dont go there anymore!! They told me that i still have to pay for the next 2 years because of the contract that i was never told!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!

So far, so good.
2 year, or 1 year contract was very clear and upfront. Bi-weekly payments also well explained.
Haven't had any negative interactions yet, so can't really speak much to that.
I can understand the complaints of the gym being on the small side, and old-ish looking, but really isn't an issue for me as of yet.
Haven't exposed any non-working or non-functional equipment either, but surely the people who left 1* and nasty reviews must have had some kind of issue.
Right?
At least so far the issue hasn't been the gym, and that's all I can say to that.

The gym itself isnt too awful, although a bit beat up at times with machines that dont work and weight plates with ripped out handles. The real problem is the company itself: I had a one-year contract with them that expired last year. Well upon closer inspection, they were still charging me half a year later. Then when I went in to cancel, I they cant cancel the membership immediately, you have to wait and pay the following months charges and THEN it cancels. Its also outrageous for a gym that is quite frankly not all that impressive. Unless this is your only option due to work hours or whatever, I advise not signing on at this gym.
