I ordered my child's most coveted gift on Dec. 19th. The website boasted GUARANTEED delivery by Christmas Eve on purchases made by Dec. 20th. Today, I spent an hour talking to agents to discover my package was "lost", the item is no longer in stock, and of course would not be arriving in time. Upon ordering, I was informed that my package was eligible for same day delivery upgrade for free, even. This business makes false promises, doesn't update inventory, and could care less about you receiving your item. Your agents can tell me they "completely understand" until they're blue in the face, that doesn't satisfy my issue. I will not be purchasing any other items from this store, or their partner BB&B.

They only display and sell their most expensive strollers and baby furniture in store. You can Order more affordable things for pick up in store but shipping is 2 weeks out. I can order the same crib I looked at from amazon with 2 day shipping and $20 dollars cheaper.

Not often I leave negative reviews but this one cost me $50 plus tax. I said I had a coupon, and the girl at the counter confirmed it doesnt work on the item. I told them I had a $50 Funds Reward associated with my email. App isnt functioning right, and they couldnt help fix it. So they charge me full price for the item. Then I get the app to work. Then we cant apply it to the purchase. Then after all this, the lady has the audacity to ask me for an email to go with the purchase. Like for what? So I can get another coupon or voucher that I evidently cant use ? Sheesh. Had a great experience with this place not less than a month earlier, but this girl at the counter was super unhelpful and has erased that experience from memory. 1 star.
