The PM, Nicky, is the best! She was warm, accommodating, and helpful as we scrambled to look for a place to live. She worked with us to get a move-in date which worked with our expiring lease at another place. We are very much looking forward to moving into a complex with her as management! What a gem! Thanks, Nicky!

I lived at this apartment for 3 years. On the positive side, the compound is very friendly for children’s and no issue with safety.
On the negative side that prompt me to write this review is, upon moving out, the apartment was inspected by one of the maintenance guy to ensure no issue that needed to be corrected. I cleaned the whole apartment thoroughly, bought brand new blinders etc. However, the apartment refused to return the security deposit. The reason for keeping the security deposit was for blinder when I already replaced it on the day of moving out with a brand-new blinder.
Attached to this review is the moving out inspection I received from the person who inspected the apartment. It shows that everything is checkout with no issue.

All I want to say is Ms.Hailey has made the move-in process so easy for myself. She so understanding and will work with you by far the best customer service, with all the COVID-19 things going on she has still remained positive and has an awesome personality
I JUST WANT TO SCREAM THANKS SOOOOOO MUCH 😀
