Help me understand how this is a fast food establishment. I just pulled up to order something through the drive-through and they told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait absolutely ridiculous.

Great food. Miss the old setup with the wait staff. Bathrooms are disgusting.

Went to drive thru...some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Plus food was great...in a world of sub-par this place rises to the top...

Worst service ever. After being a former GM of fast food I get that your busy and short staffed. But we were at the window waiting for 3 minutes before going inside and the manager said sorry if you were at drive through we were trying to fix the credit card machine. Ok I can deal with that. Then I order at the kiosk and get my receipt. Got my son's kids meals with milk shakes. We were almost the only ones in at 4:45, then a slew of families came after us. We got our food but no milk shakes. So I peaked around the corner and told the manager on the grill who said, "my guys working on it were busy". I said ok no problem. Then the employee brings out food for another family and a single shake. I wait a bit longer. Then he brings out more food and two more shakes and I catch him and say excuses me we came in first and already got our food but not the shakes I just want to make sure you still have them on the list and hadn't forgot about us. This 18 year old looked like a dear in headlights and said , "uh, were real busy and short handed" then tried to turn around again and I called out, "no I understand I just wanted to make sure my son's shakes were being made since we already got our food and other people got shakes but we were missing our shakes. Do you need to see my receipt?" He then repeated, "uh were busy and only two people working. Were trying to do everything." Then he ran away. Then I watched two more huge families in the dining room get served before I took my son's out and gave up. Went to the circle k for ice cream. Certainly won't EVER go there again.
