Great food as always, but the wait was a bit long so service was slow. It seemed a bit more chaotic than other Culvers I've been to.

I arrived To the store and ordered in the drive thru around 830. I got A banana split and a concrete. I finally made it to the window and paid at 845. While I do Understand warmer weather brings more business to the location I was Told to pull forward and it would be out shortly. No big deal. Not my first rodeo at Culvers. Well after seeing MULTIPLE cars pull away ,cars who ordered after I did, I started To grow really frustrated. A man, Im assuming a manager came around to a few cars to apologize and handed out some coupons. I told him my frustrations and he apologized which did seem sincere. He stated he wasnt sure what was taking so long bc theres 3 people working in custard right now and he had to help in the kitchen. About 5 min later another man came to give me my order. The concrete was completely soupy and the banana split was made wrong. He apologized and took them back. The original man came back to apologize again then handed me two pints of custard as an apology . Thank you for that. My correct (and not melted) order finally came out. I finally pulled out on to state rd 9 at 914pm. Like I said, I know Warmer weather brings more business but being in line and waiting for two simple custard items for 45 is absolutely ridiculous. Not sure if Ill ever be returning
