After discovering we had water in the basement due to a failed sump pump, I called Chris at 4:30 in the afternoon. He came over at 5:30 and in less than two hours he had it replaced and cleaned up the area.

Called with what I thought was a sump pump problem and Chris heard my issues and educated me over the phone explaining that what I was experiencing was normal activity. He was very responsive in sending someone out today if needed which was great for me but luckily he said it did not sound like a problem. Taught me alot and saved me money. To me that's a honest business that I would recommend and plan to use in the future.

I would never recommend Eagle Plumbing for anything. I had a plumbing problem and called for help. They called back once and said they would call to make an appointment to come out. That was 3 days ago. I have called multiple times and left messages since my first call and no reply back. I am moving on to someone else who CARES about people.

Eagle Plumbing is the best. Chris is great to work with. He's punctual, professional, clean and knows what he's doing. Eagle replaced my 40 gallon tank water heater, with a tankless water heater now we have endless hot water. I received 3 quotes, Eagle was competitive with the low cost quote, but Chris knew way more about tankless water heaters than the cheap guy - so I decided to go with him. This was the perfect decision for me. Chris installed my tankless water heater like he was installing it at his own home - no short cuts or cost cutting just to make more profit. Chris was very careful with my home - no dinged walls, scratches on my wood floors and no mess where he was working. If you're able to get Chris and Eagle to do your job, then consider yourself lucky.
