      image First of all I'm sure they're a good business, however their office staff is extremely rude. Their fees are excessive and inappropriately charged. They actually only gave us 2 1/2 BUSINESS DAYS to pick our car up before charging $100 for sending a letter telling us our car would be sold if not picked up by a certain date. Which they're not allowed to start charging storage fees until the car's been there for 24 hours so it was really only one and a half business days, and they're the ones who told us we couldn't pick our car up until this date because they were closed so they had been in touch with us to know we were coming to get it.
