Bobby is Awesome if he is still there I would suggest going there and talking to him.
If you are a female and calling for parts don't do it. The guy that answers the phone acts like you do not know what you are talking about and will hang up on you.

!!!PEOPLE JUST LOOK AT SOME OF THE REVIEWS!! THESE PEOPLE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WRONGDOINGS!! I ORDER A TRANSMISSION ALMOST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK THE GUY SAID IT WOULD TAKE BETWEEN 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO HAVE IT PULLED OUT AND SHIPPED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER SO AT MONDAY OF NEXT WEEK CAME AND I DIDN'T SEE ANYTING COMING SO I CALLED THE GUY WHO TOOK MY ORDER TO ASK HIM ABOUT MY ORDER AND HE SIMPLY SAID OH YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK TO START WORKING ON YOUR ORDER SO I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL THE ORDER SO NOW ONLY GOD KNOWS WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND!!!

You would think they would have a dedicated quiet office area for taking phone calls where they can hear you and you don't have to repeat yourself everytime you say something. I tried this place years ago and thought I'd try one more time and both times just seem too unprofessional for me.
